Mentoring Functions can achieve apositive impactof coaching, exposure, role modelling, counselling andfriendship on employee’s job satisfaction

Case Studies

E-mentoring helps the mentees to extend their knowledge and skills. However, a common limitation is time restrictions as gaining knowledge and skills is connected to mentee commitment and program expectations. E-mentoring programs, though, are mostly recommended for bigger organisations as it could be more beneficial for SMEs to use direct mentoring methods.

Friendship between the mentor and the mentee would be considered a bonus when it comes to such relationships, but they are commonplace. And they are just one of many rewards to be garnered by those on both sides of mentoring, whichbrings benefits for the participants, the company, and its customers. That would make this a win-win-winwin situation, an eventuality that brings value in a number of ways.
