Mentoring Definition

In the modern word, Mentoring is the procedure of providing guidance to specifically chosen individuals, offering them with rational advices and ongoing support that will assist them to learn and develop.

Mentor, is the individual who provides a younger or an individual with less experience assistance and advise for a specific period mainly at work or school.

Therefore, in business world a mentoring relationship do not just benefit mentors and mentees, but likewise the organisations themselves.

Going deeper, mentoring culture is a learning environment where an individual can learn by observing other people’s behaviors. It consists of an environment, that implements mentoring in a complete and cautious manner.
